Whether you're seeking a weekend to relax in peace and quiet, or you’re seeking a community with likeminded women, or your goal is to obtain more knowledge and understanding of your female body and overall health, this weekend is in all situations designed for you.
Our final schedule will be uploaded at the end of 2025. You can expect daily yoga, breathwork, dance flow, workshops about nutrition and your cycle and many more!
The retreat will start Wednesday evening 27th of May 2026 and finish Sunday 31st of May 2026 around lunch time.

Our food will be local, organic, vegetarian, vegan, protein rich, nutritious, easy digestable. You will be able to embody the learnings from the nutrition courses directly on the dinner table.
Guiding us on this transformative journey are skilled coaches, illuminating the complexity of our biology through a tapestry of practices. From breathwork to yoga, ice baths to biohacking, each session offers a unique lens into our bodies, nurturing a deeper understanding of self.
You can choose between 4 different room options. All retreat prices include the costs for your stay, food and all workshops and sessions.
